Delivery & Returns
At Pero si Studios we strive to process your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Below you will find all information about our delivery options, delivery times and our return policy.
Delivery
Postage costs:
- Netherlands: Standard shipping within the Netherlands is free for orders above €50. For orders below €50, shipping costs are €4.95.
- International: International shipping costs vary depending on destination and are calculated at checkout.
Delivery times:
- Netherlands: Orders will be delivered within 1-3 business days.
- International: For international orders, delivery time depends on the destination, but is typically between 5-10 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a track & trace code so you can track your package.
Returns
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of receipt.
Conditions for returns:
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
- The right of return does not apply to custom-made products or personalized items.
- Returns are at your own expense unless the product is received defective or damaged.
How do you return an item?
- Please send an email to info@perosistudios.com, stating your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will provide you with further instructions on how to complete your return.
- Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The amount will be refunded to the same payment method you used.
Exchange: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same procedure as described above. Once we receive the original item, we will send you the replacement item.
